How it works

  2. Damaged, wrong, or lost? Reply to our email with a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund, no need to ship anything back.
  3. Changed your mind? Items must be unused and in original packaging. We'll email you the return address. Return shipping is paid by the customer.
  4. Refund to your original payment method once your return is received.

Refund Policy

30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return or refund.

Damaged, defective, or wrong item

Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund. No need to send the item back. This doesn't affect your legal rights: EU customers have a legal guarantee of at least 2 years.

Lost or undelivered orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, contact us. After we confirm the issue with the carrier, we'll send a replacement or a full refund.

Changed your mind

  • Request your return within 30 days of delivery using the form above or by email.
  • Please return items complete and, if possible, in their original packaging. You're only responsible for loss in value caused by handling the item more than needed to check it.
  • We'll email you the return address.
  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Once we receive your return, we refund you to your original payment method.

EU, EEA and UK customers: 14-day right of withdrawal

You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. We'll refund the full amount you paid, including standard shipping costs, within 14 days after you tell us. We may wait with the refund until we've received the item back or you've shown proof that you sent it. Full details and a model withdrawal form are in our Refund Policy.

Bundles and discounts

If you return part of a discounted bundle, the refund is based on the discounted price you paid.
