This website is operated by Uplift Finds, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands (Chamber of Commerce / KVK number 42200248, VAT ID / BTW-id NL005578154B07), located at Rietgors 64, 2811 AW Reeuwijk, the Netherlands. 2. Agreement

By visiting our website or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our website.

3. Using our store

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use our store for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could harm the website or other users.

4. Products and pricing

We do our best to show our products, colors and descriptions as accurately as possible. Small differences may occur. Prices are shown in the currency of your country. For customers in the EU, prices include VAT. We may change prices, products or offers at any time without notice. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, if we suspect fraud, or in case of a pricing error. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, we'll refund you in full. Payments are processed securely through our payment providers. We never store your full card details.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping, returns and refunds are handled as described in our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If you live in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving it, without giving a reason. Our Refund Policy explains how this works and includes a model withdrawal form. Products also come with the legal guarantee that applies in your country.

All content on this website, including our name, logo, text and design, belongs to Uplift Finds or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Uplift Finds is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.
